Clinical Audiologist for the largest Health Maintenance Organization in Israel “Klalit“,  in “Lynn Medical Centre- Haifa”.

 

2012- 2013

 

  • Audiology Clinic: Performing standard hearing examinations and Tympanometry and Reflex tests, evaluations and treatment recommendations for adults and children. Examining urgent cases sent from the Ear Nose and Throat Department. Consultation and guidance for choosing and usage of Hearing Aid Apparatus, and signing approvals for subsidization for HA apparatus on behalf of “Klalit” HMO.

  • Otto-Neurological Department: Performing, analysis and evaluation of examinations of the Hearing and Vestibular systems on adults: Videonystagmography (including the Caloric Test) examination, Automated Brainstem Responses (neurological, threshold and tonal) transient evoked otoacoustic emissions (TEOAE) and distortion product otoacoustic emissions (DPOAE).The position demanded working with patients, working in a Multidisciplinary team of Staff (clinical audiologists, ENT doctors), orderly registration, tracking and documentation of the tests, emphasis on complete information integration for evaluation of results and invitations for follow ups.
